Heefnoff was the original creator but was extremely busy so @calikingz01 took over the moveset. Stayed true to his MvC moveset as much as possible with a few added moves.
He also has an English voice actor, Hayden Garrett aka BlueRazzRush, which has done an AMAZING job.
