We uncovered a link between nature conservation and human well-being
And discovered a method to move objects hands-free using ultrasound waves
We showed how automated vehicles can make cities more livable and equitable
And found that vaccine hesitancy can be reduced by focusing on vaccine options
While at U of M Duluth, NASA is mimicking moon material with the help of the Natural Resources Research Institute’s unique rock crushing equipment
And we continue to receive recognition and funding for the University’s outstanding work
The School of Nursing received $1.5 million to increase the number of doctorally prepared American Indian/Alaska Native nurses
Department of Educational Psychology researchers were awarded $5.9 million to increase P12 student mental health support
The College of Pharmacy received $6.5 million to continue its work on contraceptive development
The College of Continuing and Professional Studies received its largest gift ever—$32.5 million
And the U of M was ranked 20th in the world and 16th in the U.S. in the first annual rankings by Research.com
We’re also proud of new offerings for our students and of their many accomplishments
A U of M Crookston partnership will help veterans and service members earn a certificate in agricultural business
The School of Public Health launched a new undergraduate public health major to meet a critical Minnesota workforce need
Four U of M Morris Cougar football players and three volleyball players were named Academic All-District
U of M Rochester released the latest edition of The Kettle alumni magazine featuring the Yusuf siblings, who share a family passion for health care
And the Golden Gophers defeated Syracuse 28-20 in the Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium
