*I believe I may have misquoted the book title throughout my video. I initially thought Cerridwen's name came first, but after looking at the cover many times I mentally put it after the subheading. Sincerest apologies to the author.

Wildcrafting is the act of collecting herbs for plant medicine. It can be interchanged with the term 'Foraging', though that usually refers to harvesting plants for edible reasons.
As a small business owner, my ethics and standards are very important. As such, I am moving further away from mass produced oils, and incorporating handcrafted oils into majority of my products.

There's been an influx in recent years in behaviours among spiritual leaders and practitioners that not only act as a way to circumvent dealing with real life problems, but that also create very harmful victim blaming narratives.
All thought and opinions are my own, with definitions taken from "What Is Spiritual Bypassing?" a Psychology Today article by Diana Raab Ph.D.
The term was coined in 1982 by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries. In Japanese forest bathing is "Shinrin-yoku" meaning bathing in, or absorbing the forest atmosphere. It was created to encourage people to simply be in nature and enjoy it!

To reiterate a point I made in-video, everyone is free to choose how and why they practice in a specific way. I do not condone hatred or shaming towards any practitioners no matter how they choose to identify.
