Hi ! The requirements to unlock the Hidden Ending aren't still very clear but here's how i did it:

- After unlocking all 6 endings (your save file should be in gold,with all 6 stars lit), i made a full run as a cat on Novem difficulty without dying.It's the same requirement as the Best Ending i suppose but you just need to get all endings before.
I'm not 100% sure about the Novem difficulty,but i did it in this mode,just in case.With all upgrades it's a breeze.
