Doesn't matter what strategy you use in this scenario, anything is valid.
...and this is the beauty of Trackblazer, a brand new scenario in Umamusume!
This is my first full playthrough of Umamusume uploaded here! I'm still getting used to this new scenario, so any feedbacks are welcome!
(Note: SS rank can be possible... perhaps?)
The rundown:
- Try to gather as much friendship points as possible before first summer begins, using grilled carrots are useful here
- Try to think we're playing in opposite day here. That means racing is your main priority
- Whenever possible try NOT to rest if there's no rival race, you may get energy drink when winning or random restock chance happens
- When it feels like a dead turn to you, then is your chance to date (if dating is unlocked, higher priority) or rest.
- But despite that, the run will depend on good shop rolls and favorable stat drops, and so...
- Pray that you will get good rerolls and RNG. There's no way to counter or manipulate such luck. It is what it is.
- If you managed to get a good amount of luck charms and several training items, try to use them all in summer trainings and the twinkle series climax phase! (I forgot to apply hammer in few races so it was kinda wasted in this run but that will give you example how this run can favor into you when applied correctly in correct timings)
- ...profit? I guess?
Please note that I'm still not perfect at doing this scenario but this playthrough video *hopefully* shows you that Trackblazer is actually fun when you know the rules and understand the mechanics of it. At first I was quite hestitated doing it due to how brutal the runtime is compared to the other two + more complex due to the shop and how demanding it is for you to race alot, but overtime i'm able to understand tips and tricks on doing this scenario, even tho it's a slow process. But hey, i hope you enjoy this video and finds you interesting!
One last note: Do not be afraid to run in Trackblazer!
