Now THAT was an ordeal.
While the base roster of Super Street Fighter IV and the extra fighters from Arcade Edition follow a strict template for their arcade intros, the characters added in Ultra have fully animated starting vignettes a la the vanilla release on seventh gen consoles. Despite Decapre being the first listed character on the select screen, I chose to do her last not only so that Ryu gets to start things off as always, but also because she was technically added to Street Fighter IV years after the OG cabinet hit Japan in 2008, a trend that still happens given SSJ4 Goku is set to be the true final character added to Dragon Ball FighterZ after launching in 2018 even as ArcSys's attention is soley on Guilty Gear Strive and Marvel Tokon (and possibly Damon and Baby as well).
I think I'm gonna take a bit of a break for now, especially since I have the disc for Street Fighter V, and since I'm more inclined to play digital first before physical, it's all a matter of if I feel like it that day.
