Ultimate summer Cocktail Mash up - Caipirinha, Long Island and Bramble in One glass

This is how the "Caipi Island" was born. I had this idea to make a cocktail mash up with the Caipirinha and the Long Island Iced tea. A split base spirit cocktail with Cachaça instead of rum, Mezcal instead of tequila and double amount of gin to replace the vodka. Only thing is I didn't wat to throw some coke in there but still wanted to have a "float" so I replaced the orange liqueur of the LIIT and used some Crème de Cassis to drizzle on top. The result was, in my honest opinion, THE ULTIMATE SUMMER COCKTAIL but it started to look more to a Caipirinha and a Bramble mash up with a split base spirit. I couldn't come up with a name with all 3 cocktails though so the Caipi Island was the best I could find. I hope you will enjoy!

How to make the Caipi Island AKA a Caipirinha, Long Island and Bramble in ONE glass

Muddle one lime (cut in 4 pieces) with 15 ml of sugar
Add 1 oz or 30 ml Gin
0.5 oz or 15 ml Lightly aged Cachaça
0.5 oz or 15 ml Joven Mezcal
Add crushed ice and mix
Top with crushed ice
Float 0.5 oz or 15ml Creme de Cassis
