I always write these descriptions as I upload the videos, and then stupid things dawn upon me. For instance, the "I wont let you go" singing part while Cap is grabbing Ryu. Either way, burn all that meter just because.
If you want this one to be practical, just do Hyper Charging Star instead of the level 3. Simple, and a touch of death on most of the cast (the damage comes out to ~950k).
