Here's my take on the bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich of everyone's childhood. There is nothing better then the standard version, but I put my spin on it by adding roast cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and asiago cheese. It's very simple to make and hits on all your tastes buds, salt, sweet, sour, and rich.
