There are so many chocolate chip cookie recipes out there, but which one is the best? I hate baking but I am determined to learn how to make the ultimate chewy chocolate chip cookie. I took a baking lesson at George Brown College with Chef Stephanie Bourgeois and learned that science is the secret ingredient to all baking. I baked my first ever batch of chocolate chip cookies and got cookie expert Craig from Craig's Cookies to try one.
