Our ULTRA detachable shoulder strap pockets are the perfect place to keep necessities like sunglasses, phone, snacks, or your car keys. The UltraStretch™ Mesh pocket on the outside front of the shoulder strap pocket is a great place to store your phone, SPOT, or Snickers Bar without having to unzip the YKK AquaGuard zippered main pocket.
There are 2 clips on the back of the pockets which attach to the 3/4 strap that runs up the shoulder straps on ULA packs. If you want to use these on a different pack, you need to have either a narrow strap or a daisy chain running up the strap to be able to attach these pockets. Pockets are sold as singles (one), so if you want a pocket for each strap, be sure to order two. The large size pocket is one inch longer and was made to accommodate larger sized phones. If you have a big phone, and you plan to carry it in your shoulder pocket, be sure to get the large sized pocket!
