Ukraine’s first 40-day strike campaign hit more than 100 strategic targets inside Russia—but it now appears that campaign was only a proof of concept. Zelensky has approved a new series of SBU operations, and Ukraine is preparing to increase the cost of Putin’s war through strikes on refineries, military production, air defenses, logistics, ships, and other critical systems.
