The UK Houses of Parliament are illuminated in blue and yellow to mark Ukrainian Independence Day, as Prime Minister Andy Burnham co-chairs a Coalition of the Willing meeting in Kyiv on his first trip abroad since taking office. Burnham has announced that the British government is authorising defence firm MBDA to release classified information needed to help Ukraine and France set up local production of the long-range Storm Shadow/SCALP missile.
