This is a UK Base Set Booster Box. The difference between these packs and the mass produced packs elsewhere in the world are the 1999-2000 copyright dates in the bottom right corner of each card. Holographic cards are particularly hard to find with this alteration because leftover 1999 holo cards were used during the initial printing of the UK set. Only after running out of holos were more printed with the updated date.
As far as we know, there is no way to tell if a UK box has the 1999-2000 holos from the outside of the box. It's all up to chance at this point.
