Unsung Heroes Leadership Awards selects candidates who have excelled in the classroom and/or sports, in conjunction with having done the most or the best in community service. Additionally, the nominees are chosen based on their grade point averages, letters of recommendation and personal narratives. The winners are students who are at a critical juncture in their lives and who need the inspiration that winning the Unsung Heroes Leadership Award brings. Unsung Heroes Leadership Awards is founded by Jeffrey Coprich, Jr., University of California, Berkeley graduate and Jeffrey Coprich, Sr.
