Stonefish cooked two ways for a beautiful seafood street food meal in Vietnam. This video was captured in Ly Son Island in Vietnam. I wish people here had had more proper tools to process the fish. The way they did made fish meat broken (they hit the fish lol). However I still could taste the fresh and sweet flavor of the meat. The vietnam stonefish cooking recipe is lovely and tasty. FYI: Stonefish is a seasonal vietnam street food which you can only find from late April to late July.
