The UeeVii CPE450 outdoor wireless bridge and WR3000K WiFi6 router let me place my Starlink Mini where it can get a good signal and beam the internet up to 1.8 miles to my router. This can also be used to link computers or place security cameras further than what WiFi ethernet cable will allow.
During Hurricane Helene, you could have set up your Starlink internet at one location and then sent the signal up or down the mountain to those in need all by just placing a receiver and power bank at their location.
