The most basic level of HuD design.
Since a few of you were confused, I decided to make a quick tutorial on how to even setup and display a very basic HuD.
I used a blueprint third person starter kit with no sample assets beyond what is absolutely needed, in the video. Hope this helps you guys that were having trouble getting things to display.
