Space Resource Technologies, a spin-off company located in UCF's Exolith lab, creates high-fidelity regolith simulants used around the world to enable space exploration, science and education. Some of their lunar simulants are based on samples from the Apollo 11 mission, which celebrates its anniversary each International Moon Day on July 20.
