Berkeley has finally pushed conservatives too far. Not only will they be losing their federal funding this coming fall semester, but they will have to face a lawsuit filed against them on behalf of 2 conservative groups for violating their 1st and 14th amendment rights. Regrettably, Ann Coulter had to cancel her speech because of this. She's also a recipient of the lawsuit filed against Berkeley.
