So this is Ubuntu 14.04 versus Windows 7 Starter boot up :3
And here are my netbook specs:
-2 GB of RAM
-320 GB of Hard drive space
-10.1" LED LCD (1024x600) screen resolution
-Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU N2600 @1.60GHz
-Netbook model is LT4008u

You get the dock in Ubuntu by searching "Cairo-Dock" in the Ubuntu Software Center.
