A few months ago I tried Ubuntu Studio, after some configurations inside the pulseaudio file conf (github.com/bonllavier/pulseaudio_conf ), I was able to get a very good sound with the mixer that comes with the operating system by default. Now it is my preferred system to listen casual music and work.

Ubuntu Studio Sound impression:
More open sound, better separation of instruments, the bass feels better and easy to detect.
Sound not as detailed as Windows 10
More natural and organic sound sensation.

Windows Audio Sound impression:
Good soundstage, but much smaller sound aperture than Ubuntu Studio.
Slightly clearer and a bit more detailed than Ubuntu Studio
Sensation sound a bit dull and flat of the sound.
