Greg will discuss the scientific, engineering & technical challenges involved with detecting “anomalous transit” by UAP. This is an expansive topic, and in this presentation Greg will focus on the “what, why, and how” of detecting UAP with a variety of instrumentation and methodologies, as well as providing case examples of past UAP data collected by various official sources.

Robert Gregory Cathcart is a writer, advisor, experienced technologist, company founder, private investor and active supporter and participant in public/private educational startups and general humanitarian efforts throughout the world.

He has been involved in artificial intelligence initiatives for more than four decades and has overseen development for applications in aerospace, healthcare, finance, and energy.
