Short Answer - YES they did a really good job with the recent Necromancer changes.

We'll this video got made at a weird time. I just got a root canal and have not slept well the past couple days so this video got made due to not wanting to think to hard and because actually ZoS making some good changes to necromancer tank.

Overall the changes are good however my strong dislike of Bone Totem makes me not really care how good it is now. I'll use it if told to but probably not more than that. Overall though pretty happy with the changes in u43 except one that Vampire change is questionable but oh well just makes OT Bahsei harder for no reason :D.
