He is an associate professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering, faculty affiliate at the university’s Schwartz Reisman Institute for Technology & Society, and a Canada CIFAR AI Chair at the Vector Institute, an artificial intelligence research centre in Canada. He runs the CleverHans lab, which focuses on AI security.
