omg so funny thing right. this wasnt originally meant to be may tha 4th animation but i HAD to make it that so dang bad! I watched new hope today in a car on old 90s looking dvd player and then minecraft movie in tha theaters, it was all so peak. so when I came home i finished this bcs i had to!!! alsooo maeeee the 4th in refrence to on may 4 2017 i drew mae with lightsaber but there is a canonical mae in starwars acolyte so I HAD TO MAKE MAE BOROWSKI LIKE THA ACOLYTE VERSON. but like I originally made this animation to kinda signify that after having started watching star wars stuff around very near end of 2024 till now that it has changed my life. my world view is fr changed. it feels like I recconnected with something i lost a long long time ago. but also because ive used a lot of star wars esque symbolism in my own work, hence why I used some assets from 2024 and 2022 vents. because in both of those the blue and red pretty much represented what they represented in star wars. the blue meaning people pleasing and the red meaning blind rage. ive used a lot of symbolism that was adjacent to symbolism in star wars, like with themes of duality and energy flow connecting everything, before ever even watching star wars content whatsoever. its genuinely baffling i didnt get into it much sooner but it was bcs the movies are long and i have small attention span. but anyways I also made this cos well, anakin/vader is so me in a lot of ways im so fr. I knew he would be my fav before i ever got into star wars, also when i first heard this song was at a holloween light show and it was such a magical moment that I knew i had to watch star wars shortly after that and then I did nearing 2025. also if u guys couldnt tell this animation is very reminiscent of kittydog's art block series, I did that on purpose bcs i been wanting to make a video like that forever now.
