TYPHOON #BAVI underwent a pseudo-eye wall replacement cycle on approach to Ishigaki, Japan this morning. We provided immersive coverage of the storm surge and the strongest winds in the new outer eye wall. This was a fascinating tropical cyclone to chase and feel.
NEXT, we will wait for a train of typhoons in the western Pacific region, or head back to work El Nino - related flooding. We have a strong positive WPO which is favorable for typhoons this summer and fall. Never stop chasing
