Over 130 injuries have been reported, and more than 1,000 telephone lines and 59 cell towers have been damaged as a result of Typhoon Bavi bringing strong winds and heavy rainfall to Taiwan. The Central Emergency Operation Center (CEOC) said on Sunday, July 12, it expects repairs to last at least until July 14.
