This model was a variant of the type used by the Celestial Intervention Agency. This TARDIS equipped with Star of Rassilon and Multiple time-rotors allowing this TARDIS to travel into Gallifrey's past (previously multiple TARDIS's were required).
Together with the Star of Rassilon the Lord President had the original Seal of Rassilon moved from the Panopticon into his personal TARDIS in an attempt to establish his 'ancient' authority.
