Prosecutors delivered their rebuttal during Tyler Robinson’s pretrial hearing, arguing that Robinson’s disregard for human life was evident by his alleged decision to shoot Charlie Kirk during a crowded event. Prosecutors also presented evidence of Robinson’s hatred towards Kirk when they referred to texts sent to his roommate, Lance Twiggs, which included, “I’ve had enough of his hatred. Some hate can’t be negotiated out,” arguing that Robinson hated Charlie Kirk and what he stood for and he took him out because of it.
