The Texas Department of Transportation’s International Boulevard (SH 4) project is reaching a new milestone with the completion of Phase 1. Work will continue as crews move into Phase 2 toward SH 48, with full completion expected by December 2026.

Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead, expect delays, and consider alternate routes.
