Route comparisons for early makar + early boss key.

Down-right is 2s faster than down-left. Any route that takes the floormaster is quite slow so forget about it.

In addition to these routes, it's possible to follow the down-right route to hookshot but then do hookshot - leaf to makar - open fan - armos room - jump down to the end. This is also 2s slower than down-right though. The route that follows up-right but takes the wind up instead of the floormaster is also 2s slower than down-right.

One of the reason down-right is so fast is that you only leaf upwards once, and the rest of the time you only jump down. The other routes that don't take the floormaster all leaf upwards at least twice and that ends up slower.

Also, note that I timed these routes assuming perfect wind cycles for all of them. Down-right ALWAYS has perfect wind cycles whereas it is not guaranteed for the others (because it depends on how you perform in rooms such as the armos one).

Boss key last is also slower than boss key early, and nobody wants to do the command melody skip jump in that case anyway.
