I figured this was possible for ages. Need at least 16000 speed for this to work. I wanted to go ahead and test how long it would take for routing purposes. 3 minutes is probably too long to be useful but still interesting.
Also you could do this to get bombs before Greatfish in HD, but this is slower than watching Greatfish cutscene anyways so idk.

Part of the No MSS TAS Im currently working on. This is useful info for RTA so thought Id make a vid of it.
Frame Data:
Sidehop in beginning saved 1 frame
Doing Back + Forward combo and a Back + Back combo saves 4 frames over the normal Back + Forward twice. The Orca text comes out faster with a Back + Back combo.
After quick parry, hold L + forward to have the next parry come out faster. If you dont hold any direction the next parry comes out several frames later.
Sidehop + jumpslash saves 2 frames over normal jumpslash (if frame perfect)")
