Pulling this off took 3 days of work. Words really can't express how precise this is.

Here's a crack at it though:
1.) Superswim into Private Oasis quadrant
2.) Go fast enough to allow the Private Oasis to load around you
3.) Private Oasis has a pond, and pops you up.
4.) Maneuver on Private Oasis to get an extremely precise height
5.) Activate balloon, slide towards Forest Haven quadrant
6.) Wait for Forest Haven to start loading, curve to Ice Ring (delays Ice Ring from loading too fast)
7.) Cancel momentum, let Ice Ring load around you (90% of the time there are 0 frames for this to work)
8.) Fall into loading zone without freezing (this is incredibly precise and the leaf pull is frame perfect)
9.) Save 2 minutes
