It was already known that you could leave and reenter the quadrant to cheese this, but using song of passing is much faster.

We have to use a song of passing anyways so that loses no time.

Not only is this just overall faster, but this also opens up a lot of routing options, as we no longer need double magic/NW wind coming here.
