This is Lilia Vanrouge's Suisui Wear SSR personal story from the Twisted Wonderland Lost in the Book with Stitch event.

t/n: The name of this card, "suisui", is one of those lovely sound effects that means a million things. Here, I would describe it as both gliding over the waves and the light airy feeling of island beachwear. It's also reminiscent of "swimwear" (スイムウェア). Given all that, I felt it was better to just leave it with a note lol
t/n: This video is from a lovely Yuu named Hakase, so you'll see はかせ instead of the usual ユウ.
[1] 氷菓 here could refer to any frozen dessert, but...
[2] he technically uses frappe here, but outside of JP that's usually a coffee term, so I've changed it for clarity. You can search フラッペ if you'd like to see what JP considers frappes.
