These sirens are located just off of Ogden Landing Road, near the corner of Ogden Landing & Boldry School Road in Grahamville. Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant sirens tests first Saturday at 1PM CT.
First Saturday did NOT go as planned. We all knew there was a chance of rain on Saturday, but we decided to still go for Paducah as planned, especially since they already said a day prior, they were testing. As soon as me and a few others got into town, the EMA updated the post and cancelled the siren test. Scrambling last minute, we decided to hurry over the diffusion plant to test our luck. Luckily, two people from the plant showed up to the siren and said they were testing and here to check on it. As 1:00 hits, it starts pouring the rain. My equipment started getting soaked and I was getting concerned, figuring this video was gonna be a lost cause. At 1:08, the siren finally does voice and activates. However, despite a few raindrops on the lens and the situation, the video is alright. I hope to come back to these sirens and more of the plants sirens, once I have recorded all of Paducah's thunderbolts. @DSRX100 @freebrickproductions @Creeperfan12 @sweetteasirens were all present at this test.
