The first method uses the Camera app's Dual recordings feature. Open the Camera app, select Video mode, tap Quick Controls, and select Dual recordings. Choose the Picture-in-picture layout when it is available. This places one camera's video feed in a smaller window over the main camera view.
The second method can use the Dual rec mode through Camera Assistant, depending on your Galaxy model and software version. Open Camera, go to Quick Controls and Camera Settings, select Camera Assistant, and check the Additional modes options for Dual rec.
