Caroline Copeland and Robbie Horgan both survived near-death experiences with sepsis. Now, they’re sharing their stories to help raise awareness of the condition and its warning signs.

They join Professor Ignacio Martin-Loeches, Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine at St James’s Hospital, to discuss their experiences, what people need to know about sepsis and why recognising the signs is so important.

Robbie, who is also an Ambassador for the Irish Sepsis Foundation, discusses the work being done to increase awareness following his own experience with sepsis.
