This jewelry punch (PN220) can make two different size holes, 1.60mm (1/16") and 2.3mm (3/32"). Made of steel, each punch can cut out a hole in soft metal up to 24ga. Just twist the screw to make holes without deforming the metal (though there can be some flaring around the hole). Use it on plastic and other materials. Great for cold connections.
