Farming for Nature Ambassadors Seán Gilligan & Rob Kennedy farm 20 hectares beneath Knocknarea mountain near Strandhill, Co. Sligo.
Knocknarea Farm is a 'stacked' enterprise keeping around 10 Galloway cattle which they finish for beef, 300 pastured laying hens and an acre market garden.
They use mob-grazing, no-dig and other regenerative principles on their farm to keep their soil humming and their farm shop thriving.
