At BETA, rethinking aviation means rethinking everything.

We’re building fly-by-wire eVTOL aircraft right here in Vermont—designed, built, and manufactured by a team that believes innovation starts with people. Safety, sustainability, and precision engineering are at the core of every decision, but our culture extends far beyond the hangar floor.

On any given day, you’ll find farm-fresh meals being served on site, teammates stopping by our in-house health clinic, and pilots learning to fly in free lessons.

We know that building an aircraft is a systems problem. So is building a company. At BETA, we’re solving both—creating not just a new way to fly, but a new way to work together.

This is what happens when you put people first, take care of your team, and give them the tools to create something world-changing. From clean-sheet aircraft to clean eating, from high-voltage charging to high-trust culture—we’re reimagining what’s possible.
