San Diego County Supervisors Terra Lawson-Remer and Paloma Aguirre plan to present a proposal to the rest of the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday that, if approved, would end agreements allowing federal immigration enforcement agencies to use county facilities for firearm trainings.
