Yesterday I called Mosquito Control about uncaged chickens but today on Oct. 27, 2018 the birds are still by the coop. The video is unedited.
What is happening here? 1. Mosquito Control is conducting an experiment to see if free roaming or caged chickens have the same or different diseases and number of bites. 2. The chickens escaped from Mosquito Control. 3. The chickens were liberated from a chicken coop by Hurricane Michael and are now "pasture-raised" but still like to eat what is scattered from the bird cages. 4. What are the red bands on their legs? 5. Chicken families do not like to be separated. 6. Meg Nelson has not yet picked them up. 7. They are difficult to catch.
Please share with anyone suffering from chicken loss. The location is by the open area off 30A just north of Buds Alley and Seaside storage buildings that are west of the power lines and east of Lakewood Drive and Eastern Lake.
