The United States came away with the victory in the men's 4x100m freestyle relay final (ages 13-18) with a time of 3:18.45 on the third day of the 2026 Junior Pan Pacific Championships from the UBC Aquatic Centre in Vancouver. Canada's top team finished fourth.
