Delete Those Frames Who Dont Have Movement

These Twixtor Settings Also Work On After Effects And other
You Can Add Twixtor Directly To A 60 FPS Clip Without Cutting The clips but adjust the video clips speed accordingly.

ex. If Twixtor Speed Is 20 Then Change Clip Speed to 200.
