Well looks like Twitch new update is forcing streamers to be automatically be part of Ai training. This means Ai can learn from your streams which include any graphics you have on stream like emotes, overlays, panels and etc.

A lot big streamers are against like moistcr1tikal and many others are protesting against were twitch know people aren't going to be happy. Is it twitch making the decision or is amazon?
