Twipsy is an animation series about an information messenger called Twipsy, who distributes e-mails and data packages in cyber space. He meets the children from the real world, Nick, Lissie and Albert, and soon realizes that life is more than just bits and bytes.
The show first aired somewhere 1999-2001.
