Today I'm creating some painted papers with my Twinkling H2O's & Vivid Ultra Metallics! Then I'll show you how I use my painted papers to create a beautiful vase with some Mod Podge dishwasher safe formula.

My friend Shemi Dixon is having a birthday giveaway, and I used these painted papers to enter her giveaway! All I had to do was create something inspired by one of her videos and send her a picture!
