The Twin Tunnels dive site is on a seamount that rises from the seabed about 1 km south east of Tulagi Island in the Solomons. The ancient lava tubes start at a patch reef vertically dropping down to about 40m. At the bottom the two tunnels join together, with a small cave off to one side where they join.The dive proceeds up the wall and towards the seamount. The reef flattens out and is full of fish and other sea life. This is truly a great dive worth doing when in the Solomon Islands.
